From working in the corner of a small pub to large concert rooms and open air events Janie's act pleases all and wherever she has worked they want her back.
Although relatively new to the "circuit" Janie has been performing all her life and is a classy but fun act, her love and enjoyment of the job is obvious to her audience.
Being passionate about everything within live entertainment, both technical and performance, Janie has experience with lighting, sound and stage design and management. She has worked for professional stage and production consultants "Stagecore" at 4 years worth of variety National Showcases, mainly for The Stage, but most recently for new event company, "Keeping it live".
Working to Stagecore's high expectations has made Janie a perfectionist in her own work.
After gaining a National Diploma and Degree with honours in Performing Arts, it was back on holiday camps where Janie realised her dream vocation, singing and entertaining. She seemed to be a natural.
During her two seasons (2005-06) with Haven and British Holidays, Janie became a confident Presenter and Compere, also taking lead vocalist and dance roles in the Ents team shows. These were performed in front of varied and large audiences.
Janie's past, present and future is in live entertainment. She is an ambitious, independent, young woman and also a keen traveller. Loving to explore new places in Britain and all over the world, she is therefore hoping to work outside the UK and looks forward to singing with live bands in the near future.
